What You’ll Do

Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on Refrigeration and HVAC equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot issues i n equipment and systems

Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance.

Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.

Respond to equipment issues and maintenance-related emergencies.

Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability.
Work Environment

Temperature ‑ controlled manufacturing environment with regular exposure to cold

Occasional exposure to vibration

Loud noise levels typical of manufacturing operations

Tight or high spaces are possible

Requirements (Must Haves)

Experience or education in Industrial Maintenance, HVAC/R, Industrial Refrigeration , or fields related to maintenance of the following:

Compensation Range: $19.75 to $51.15 base pay with potential for additional bonuses and shift differentials
The posted compensation range reflects Tyson Foods Inc. compensation range for this role across all locations and levels 01-08. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
