Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality cabinetry products, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Rockledge. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $15.50

(2) Shifts: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM with some Saturdays, overtime!

What's the Job?

  • Perform tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and run various types of machinery used in product manufacturing

  • Support the organization’s C.A.R.E values and adhere to safety and environmental policies

  • Assemble products and parts using basic hand tools and measure materials for conformance to blueprints

  • Finalize and package products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met

  • Conduct inventory and component inspections, maintain logs, and report defective products or equipment

What's Needed?

  • Ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic mathematical calculations

  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals is preferred

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing machines and processes

  • Ability to multitask and focus on teamwork and detail orientation

  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication across all organizational levels
