Job Description
Prep Cook (Englishtown, NJ)
Assist the cook by ensuring all ingredients are ready for use. Wash, chop, and pre-cook items as needed; grill, cook, and fry foods according to the cook’s instructions. Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times. Follow prep lists and basic directions accurately. Handle all food safely and in accordance with kitchen standards. Restock ingredients during service, properly clean and store equipment, and complete all assigned tasks to support smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
