This role focuses entirely on revenue generation and client growth. We are looking for an experienced sales leader with deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the life sciences sector. If you have built your career on closing complex deals, shaping go-to-market strategies and serving as a trusted commercial advisor, this role offers the opportunity to scale impactful solutions across a global portfolio.

Translate industry context — commercial model shifts, regulatory pressures, omnichannel dynamics and patient engagement trends — into compelling business cases for Salesforce-led transformation
-
Represent EPAM at industry events, Salesforce ecosystem forums and client briefings to expand visibility and generate market presence
Requirements
-
15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or alliance development with a clear track record of closing complex deals in systems integration or consulting environments
-
Extensive experience selling Salesforce solutions, including a deep understanding of the product portfolio, ecosystem mechanics and how to sell with Salesforce
-
Deep familiarity with life sciences or healthcare accounts and the ability to discuss complex business problems with chief commercial officers or medical affairs leaders
-
Established network within the Salesforce ecosystem or life sciences sector
-
Proven ability to operate in matrixed environments and align internal stakeholders across practice, delivery and alliance teams to advance commercial opportunities
-
Clear communication and executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with pharmaceutical executives and Salesforce leadership
