Social Worker (LCSW)
CEC Health Care
Location: Bethpage, NY
Salary: $75,000-$88,000 | Exempt
Full-Time: Monday-Friday | 35 hours per week | In-office
One evening shift required per week (Option to choose your evening)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. This full-time role involves providing psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in a supportive outpatient setting.
Responsibilities

Conduct psychotherapy sessions (individual, family, couples, or group)

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Attend and actively participate in supervision and social work meetings

Deliver quality care in compliance with agency policies and clinical best practices

Coordinate with medical and behavioral health professionals as needed

Complete required annual trainings (e.g., fire safety, mandated reporting, universal precautions)
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
-
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State
-
Current registration with NYS Office of the Professions
-
Strong clinical experience required

Experience working with I/DD population a plus

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
