About the Role:
As a CBRE Senior Sales Management Analyst, you will partner with the market leadership and sales team to support the business and operating model.
This job is part of the sales operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a key member of the New Jersey market leadership team, contributing to overall business growth, strategic direction, and sales team alignment.

Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.

Develop compelling and actionable strategic recommendations, presenting findings clearly to market leadership and effectively build consensus to drive key strategic decisions.

Own and maintain sales pursuit data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective tracking across our CRM and pursuits system.

Manage the sales pipeline process, including proactive communication with teams, tracking pursuit activity, and maintaining commission forecasts.

Produce high-quality business plans, reports, and presentations; support market meetings, broker debriefs, and leadership updates with relevant insights and materials.

Partner closely with Research, Marketing, and other platform teams to inform and execute on market strategy.

Analyze market segments, business activity, and win rates to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Become an expert on the CBRE platform, acting as a connector to internal expertise and resources; enabling brokerage teams to effectively pursue and win business.

Drive adoption and effective use of broker technology tools and systems to enhance productivity, data quality, and collaboration.

Simplify complex data and concepts into clear, concise narratives tailored for leadership and sales audiences.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

Bring a growth mindset and a demonstrated desire to build toward a career in sales management and market leadership, actively seeking opportunities to expand leadership responsibility.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior management consulting, strategy, or project management experience strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
