About the Position: Serves as Human Resource Specialist (Military) for USASOC located at Fort Campbell, KY Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience in HR Military functions which includes strength management, evaluations, and personnel actions. 2) Identifying deficiencies and solutions to problem areas impacting the success of military personnel operations 3) Interpreting and applying Human Resources policies that impact manning. OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07). Utilize automated information systems and programs to initiate data/information queries, retrieve, view, report, process, and otherwise handle information necessary for information reconciliation. Identify HR military problems and recommends solutions. Advise and assist commanders and staff officers in direction of personnel utilization and authorization on deployments, inquires, correspondence. Manage all review and analysis data concerning military personnel. Serve as Human Resources Specialist responsible for implementing a comprehensive Regiment-level military personnel (S1) program for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.
