KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, GMS Product Business Analyst to join our Global Mobility Services organization.

Responsibilities:

Support product initiatives by owning requirements development, delivery coordination, and execution hygiene

Act as a daytoday partner to Product Leadership, escalating issues with context, impact, and recommendations

Enable successful product delivery through structured analysis, crossteam coordination, and documentation

Support Product Leadership with delivery readiness, issue triage, and process improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum four years of recent experience as a business analyst or in a similar role supporting technology or productbased solutions

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CBAP, PMP, or similar certification preferred but not required

Demonstrated ability to manage requirements, delivery activities, and daytoday project coordination in a crossfunctional environment

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements and documentation

Proven experience managing multiple priorities, tracking milestones and dependencies, and escalating risks with context and recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering with product, technology, and stakeholder teams in a collaborative environment
