Role Summary:

The pm Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the daily driver delivery operation, ensuring all delivery routes are delivered on time, and executed safely and efficiently. This role supervises drivers while supporting service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Hours of Work:

Wednesday to Saturday 2:00pm to 12:00am

Salary Range: $53,000 to $58,000

Warehouse environment

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise, coach, and support drivers and dispatch personnel.

  • Monitor route performance and resolve delivery issues and service exceptions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

  • Communicate operational updates and escalate risks as needed.

  • Track and report key performance metrics, including on-time dispatch, delivery performance, productivity, and scan compliance.

  • Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment

  • Offload and load trailers as needed

  • May need to lift heavy parcels from time to time 50 lbs.

  • Track daily inbound trailers and ensure all delays are reported

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Education & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations.

  • Previous supervisory or dispatch experience preferred.

  • Forklift certification

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and dispatch or transportation management systems.

  • Ability to work early in the mornings in a fast-paced environment.

  • Access to reliable transportation (public transportation minimal)
