Full job description
ASISTA is a national nonprofit that provides training, technical assistance, and policy advocacy for immigration practitioners serving immigrant survivors of gender-based violence. In a moment when immigrant communities face an increasingly hostile legal and political environment, our work has never been more urgent and needed.
We're hiring a part-time Development & Communications Specialist (17.5 hours/week) to help us build the fundraising and communications infrastructure that will sustain this work for years to come.

On the communications side, you'll manage our social media presence, improve our website, design our annual report, and produce our member and donors newsletters. You'll work directly with the Executive Director.
What we're looking for:
5 years of experience in communications, fundraising, or development. Strong writing skills. Comfort producing polished content independently using tools like Canva. Experience with a CRM. A genuine commitment to immigrant rights and gender justice.
Details:
$31,850–$35,490/year (17.5 hrs/week) | FT equivalent $63,700–$70,980 | Fully remote (East Coast preferred) | Benefits include stipends, professional development funds, PTO, and retirement savings
