Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple print vendors; evaluate print quality, timelines, and pricing while negotiating for cost efficiencies.
  • Conduct stringent quality checks before dispatch to ensure output meets brand and industry standards.
  • Maintain organised archives of print samples, specifications, and production references.
  • Track stock levels based on seasonality, walk-in trends, and campaign needs.
  • Forecast collateral requirements and plan production cycles proactively.
  • Manage dispatch and logistics of collaterals to stores with complete documentation and accountability.
  • Build a structured replenishment system to ensure stores are neither understocked nor overstocked
  • Set up and manage SOPs for collateral creation, approvals, printing, storage, and distribution.
  • Ensure minimal wastage, controlled distribution, and strong process governance.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management. Print background preferred.
  • Excellent coordination and process management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for tracking and planning.
