🚀 Principal Mobile Engineer – Payoneer Are you a mobile wizard who dreams in Swift or Kotlin, and maybe even Flutter or React Native? Do you obsess over performance, seamless UX, and pushing mobile experiences to the next level? If yes, we want you on our team at Payoneer, where we power global payments for millions of businesses worldwide. What You’ll Do

• Lead the charge in designing, building, and scaling high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile engineers, sharing your knowledge of native as well as cross-platform technologies like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Set the bar for mobile performance, reliability, and user experience, making sure our apps are blazing fast and bulletproof.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver innovative features that delight our global users.
• Stay ahead of the curve in mobile tech trends and influence architecture decisions across the mobile domain.

What You Bring

• 9+ years of mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Android or iOS.
• Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework (Flutter / React Native / KMP) , bonus points if it’s React Native.
• Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals, including memory management, threading, app lifecycle, and UI performance optimization.
• A passion for measuring and improving app performance, metrics such as start-up times, frozen frames, app size, etc
• Excellent communication and leadership skills: you can mentor, inspire, and grow the team.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality practices is a plus.
