Job Description:
Schedule : Full Time, Mon-Friday *occasional evenings and weekends.
Shift : Day Shift
Location: Field Based Position - Covering Kissimmee and surrounding area

Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.

Other duties as assigned.

Consultative Sales: Develops a clear understanding of the referral source’s needs and provides tailored solutions, utilizing appropriate marketing collateral or educational materials.

Data Management: Accurately document daily sales calls, referral source contact information, territory updates, and communications in electronic database systems; submit required reports to management.

Budget- Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing and typing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.

Knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of the sales process.

Knowledge of intermediate to advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as internet software.

Knowledge of patient database system.

Knowledge of telephone protocol.
Education:
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, healthcare, or related field Preferred
Work Experience:

2+ years marketing experience [Required]

Healthcare and/or hospice experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
