Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $43
What's the Job?

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a campus setting.

Respond promptly to system alarms, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure continuous operation.

Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems, including chillers, HVAC units, pumps, and water heaters.

Install, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electrical components such as piping, valves, filters, and control systems.

Document all maintenance activities, system readings, and equipment conditions accurately in the CMMS database.
What's Needed?

Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (active).

High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related trade schooling or experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with HVAC and mechanical systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Proficiency with computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
