Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician 4 (Shifts) - Pfizer

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $43

What's the Job?

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and Refrigeration equipment across multiple buildings in a campus setting.

  • Respond promptly to system alarms, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure continuous operation.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on critical building systems, including chillers, HVAC units, pumps, and water heaters.

  • Install, repair, and rebuild mechanical and electrical components such as piping, valves, filters, and control systems.

  • Document all maintenance activities, system readings, and equipment conditions accurately in the CMMS database.

What's Needed?

  • Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (active).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related trade schooling or experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with HVAC and mechanical systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

  • Proficiency with computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
