Qualifications

Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that operates large printing presses used to print on foil and packaging for pharmaceutical products. The standard schedule is a four-day workweek with 12-hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m.), Monday through Thursday, with a potential but unlikely need for a fifth day. Employees work both with a team and independently in a production environment that includes lamination processes and the use of adhesives, requiring comfort with a consistent adhesive smell throughout the facility. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
