⸻ Location : Remote (US-based preferred) Type : Full-time ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of healthcare infrastructure. You’ll work across the stack to design and ship high-performance software that integrates with real-world clinical workflows, revenue cycle systems, and patient data pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in product-oriented engineering , wants to own features end-to-end, and is passionate about solving meaningful problems in healthcare using cutting-edge technologies. ⸻ What You’ll Do Build high-performance frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript Design and implement real-time, privacy-aware APIs and microservices in Java Work with LLMs and third-party APIs to generate intelligent summaries and recommendations Integrate with healthcare platforms (e.g. EMRs, PMs, clearinghouses) through APIs or user interfaces Optimize for speed, reliability, and usability across a variety of workflows Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure our tools are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and delightful to use ⸻ You Have 2+ years of experience writing production Java (Spring Boot preferred) 5+ years of experience across the stack (frontend/backend/cloud) Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling Experience working with Redis , AWS infrastructure , and real-time APIs Familiarity with LLMs, AI tooling , or interest in integrating smart agent workflows A bias toward shipping fast , making pragmatic decisions, and iterating A high degree of autonomy and ownership—you’re comfortable architecting, implementing, and scaling solutions from scratch ⸻ Bonus (but not required) Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems, healthcare data, or clinical workflows Previous work building internal tools, Chrome extensions, or productivity apps Familiarity with observability tools like Sentry, PostHog, or Honeycomb Startup or founder-like DNA ⸻ Why Join Work on meaningful, real-world problems in healthcare that impact patients and providers every day Join a small, fast-moving team where you’ll have direct input into product and technical strategy Competitive compensation + equity Fully remote team with flexibility and high trust A mission-driven company that combines AI, design, and healthcare infrastructure
