Description

Telemetry Technician at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is per Diem and will work 12-hour Variable shifts.

Monitors electrocardiography according to established standards and practices. Responsible for reviewing patients' records to determine normal heart rhythms, monitoring current patterns and note any deviations. Requisitions supplies, equipment, and services as directed.

Required qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Completion of basic dysrhythmia course.

  • Coursework/Training: MOAB I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire for employees in Emergency Dept.

  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Courses in health, biology, and computer technology.

  • Coursework/Training: Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
