About the Role:
-
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead quality measurement and strategy within the Trust & Safety (T&S) ecosystem. In this role, you will design and drive scalable quality frameworks, metrics, and reporting systems that ensure high integrity across enforcement and labeling operations.

You will operate at the intersection of program management, data analytics, and product strategy, partnering cross-functionally to identify risks, improve decision-making, and enhance the effectiveness of enforcement systems and AI model training. This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven leader who can challenge existing approaches and translate complex insights into meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Design and implement quality measurement frameworks, metrics, and monitoring systems to proactively detect issues across Trust & Safety operations
-
Own and evolve the quality strategy and reporting mechanisms for high-complexity program areas
-
Build scalable reporting and insight systems to support hybrid (manual + automated) moderation environments
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment on quality standards
-
Develop deep product and operational expertise to continuously refine quality measurement approaches
-
Represent T&S Quality with leadership, using data-driven storytelling to influence product, policy, and operational improvements
-
Proactively identify quality risks, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective actions (RCCAs)
-
Drive adoption of AI/ML and automation solutions to improve efficiency and scalability in quality management
-
Challenge existing methodologies and introduce innovative, statistically sound measurement techniques
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
-
5+ years of experience in program or project management, managing complex, large-scale initiatives
-
Experience in Trust & Safety or operations-heavy environments
-
Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
-
Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
-
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in quality measurement, quality assurance, or metrics-driven environments
-
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale metrics frameworks
-
Experience working with AI/ML systems, especially Generative AI evaluations
-
Background in data analytics, experimentation, or statistical modeling
