Status: Part Time
Shift: Third
Jon Summary:
The House Manager has shift accountability for patient care and customer service, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial viability, as well as strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Allocation of staff & optimizes productivity.
Coordinates service needs throughout facility.
Communicates effectively with all members of thehealth care team.
Support for quality care.
Serve as change agent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Active Kentucky RN License.
At least two years of recent leadership and clinical experience.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
