Technical Requirements:

Fiber splicing experience with the following cable configurations: 8×64 (minimum required) or 69×12
-
Experience with ribbon splicing or closely related splicing methods
-
Experience prepping cables including: 17/28, 8/64, 69/12, 34/56

Familiarity with data center fiber environments strongly preferred

Requirements Minimum 2 years of fiber splicing experience

Candidates with at least 1 year of splicing experience in any capacity will be considered if they have data center exposure and strong fundamentals
Ability to produce approximately 96–144 ribbon splices per day Client values work ethic, reliability, and attitude; character is prioritized alongside technical abilit
