Opportunity:

We are currently building a talent pool for future Product Management opportunities across Engineer to Lead levels within our team. This is an opportunity to be considered for upcoming roles and contribute to shaping the future of Sysco’s customer experience from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

  • Own enterprise product features and capabilities from definition through delivery and lifecycle management

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions

  • Partner with Business stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Sales, analytics , C y ber ) to align features with strategic objectives

  • Lead requirements discovery and documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

  • Prioritize features and backlog based on enterprise value, risk, regulatory needs, and technical dependencies

  • Act as the primary decision-maker for feature scope, sequencing, and trade-offs

  • Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos

  • Ensure features meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and operational readiness

  • Define and track feature success metrics, adoption, and business outcomes

  • Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to senior leadership and governance forums

Requirements :

  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field, and for BA 1-2 Years, for S BA 2-4 Years, for A ssociate Product Manager 4-6 Years and for Product Manager 6-8 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis

  • CSPO/PSPO, SAFe POPM/PM or any other relevant qualification on Product Management fundamentals

  • Technology and Project Management related certifications would provide an added advantage

  • Aptitude towards understanding technology trends, technical solutions, tools and limitations of eCommerce

  • Thorough practical ex posure in Requirement Management , Product Management lifecycle and software delivery for large scale solutions

  • Top notch communication skills among with the re levant interpersonal skills for stakeholder expectations management
