What you can expect

Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will help ensure product quality in serial production by performing inspections, supporting audits, and training operators on quality-related procedures.

Your Responsibilities

Perform L2 inspections in serial production

Support L1 and L3 with regular quality inspections and special measurement methods

Carry out product audits and incoming goods inspections

Document inspection results and support nonconformity handling

Train new operators in measurement procedures, product handling, CAQ system use, and quality basics

What makes you special

Experience/Skills Required

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and measurement techniques

Familiarity with audit processes is an advantage

Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 is a plus

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
