Hiring Immediately for 1st Shift Quality Technician Jobs in Cartersville, GA:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for 1st Shift Quality Technician jobs in Cartersville, GA. In this role, you will perform quality control inspections on solar cell production lines, verify equipment calibration, document test results, and ensure all outgoing materials meet strict quality standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, methodical candidates with strong math skills and a commitment to precision. Weekly pay starting at $23/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to visually inspect products and analyze data for up to 12 hours
Basic computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint; MES experience a plus.
Ability to safely handle thin, delicate, and fragile materials with care and precision.
Comfortable with numbers, data entry, and performing mathematical calculations.
Must be able to wear full PPE (gloves, safety glasses, cleanroom-appropriate gear) throughout shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Patrol solar cell manufacturing lines to verify productivity, quality, safety, and ISO compliance.
Inspect samples of outgoing materials to confirm they meet quality standards and specifications.
Verify the accuracy and calibration status of inspection equipment and measurement tools.
Record, organize, and maintain inspection results using Excel and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Handle thin, fragile wafer products with care and precision at all times.
Strictly follow standardized work instructions and documented testing procedures.
Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and company policies.
