What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Team Member
You’re the backbone of the restaurant — the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities may include:

Filtering fryer oil daily

Maintaining outside grounds
-
Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
-
Unloading delivery trucks twice a week
-
Emptying and maintaining the trash compactor

Changing light bulbs
-
Communicating maintenance needs to management
-
Cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and removing roof debris
