DC-New Lenox

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the recruiting process.

  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise-wide.

  • Coordinating temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding.

  • Managing new team member on-boarding process; including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork.

  • Working with HR partners, payroll and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and on-boarded.

  • Managing the Employee Referral Program.

  • Generating and maintaining regular reporting.

  • Overseeing department budget and invoicing.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel, basic Access and Microsoft office software skills

Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a human resource function, including recruitment and hiring

Other

  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Education

  • Some college education preferred; or significant work experience required

Total Base Pay Range for this Position:

$19.00 - $25.10

This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
