Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared ESS Technician II to support the installation, service, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic security systems within critical infrastructure and government environments. Technicians will work with access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage cabling, and network-connected security systems.
Responsibilities
Install, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic security systems.
Support access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and low-voltage cabling projects.
Perform device replacements, preventive maintenance, service calls, and basic system configuration.
Read drawings, verify power and wiring, and troubleshoot system issues.
Document work performed and assist with testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
Follow all site safety, security, and customer requirements.

Skills and Requirements
1+ (Prefers 3+) years of experience in electronic security, low-voltage, access control, CCTV, or related systems preferred.
Experience with installation, service, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems.
Basic understanding of IP networking, PoE, and low-voltage wiring.
Ability to read technical drawings and use common test equipment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Secret Cleared Genetec, LenelS2, CCURE, AMAG, Avigilon, Bosch, Milestone, or similar platforms.
IDS/ICIDS or DAQ StarWatch experience.
