🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Operate packaging, bottling, and production equipment

• Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

• Verify labels, date codes, and packaging accuracy

• Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime

• Clean and sanitize machinery following GMP standards

• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of Machine Operator experience

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, bottling, or production environments

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

1st Shift

• 4:00 AM – 12:00pm, M - F

• 4:00 AM - 2:00PM, M - TH

2nd Shift

• 2:00 PM – 12:00AM, M- TH

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
