Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM - 4:30PM | Full-Time | Hybrid: 3 Onsite / 2 Remote

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing positive rapport with both internal and external customers.

  • Processing a high volume of incoming calls and emails.

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.

  • Entering quotes and orders in an accurate, prompt, and professional manner.

  • Reviewing customer purchase orders for accuracy and requesting updates as needed.

  • Creating cases based on customer information in a timely manner.

  • Handling payment processing (credit card), preparing quotes, and placing orders for spare parts.

  • Addressing and resolving customer issues and thinking ahead to anticipate "what's next" in the spare parts process.

  • Utilizing internal documents and CRM tools to process requests efficiently.

  • Maintaining an organized work environment and efficiently switching between multiple systems and screens.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have previous customer service experience, especially handling a large volume of incoming calls (required).

  • Possess excellent communication skills, able to interact patiently and diplomatically.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task successfully.

  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems (required).

  • Are able to work a flexible schedule, including potential weekends, nights, and holidays as business needs arise.
