Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Job Location: Oro Valley, AZ 85755 United States
Job Duration: 4 months of possible extension
Job Summary
-
Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments.
-
General responsibilities include design concept generation, participating in design reviews, development and testing to assess performance against design specification; reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions.

Makes independent decisions.

Assists in the development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and possible engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
-
TMV, Test Method Development, DoE, data analysis (python coding capability)
-
Digital outputs of a sensor and analyze the data Test bed development
-
Troubleshooting skills
-
Developing comprehensive testing plans.
-
Executing hands-on testing protocols.
-
Authoring detailed technical reports.
-
Managing the defect lifecycle (collection, documentation, and summarization for our development partner).
Must Have Skills

Risk and requirement management

Technical writing (protocols, reports, etc.)

Demonstrated experience with complex systems
Education & Experience:

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred)

Years of Experience: 8 yrs
-
Experience in a FDA or FAA regulated environment is a strong plus; Medical device industry is ideal
