Industrial Maintenance Technician – $25+/hr + Overtime

Looking for a hands-on mechanical role with strong earning potential and long-term career growth? We're hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in industrial environments. What You'll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Work on motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and installations

• Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment as needed

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of mechanical, maintenance, industrial, or related experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

• Experience working with industrial equipment

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Experience That's a Plus

• Industrial maintenance experience

• Millwright experience

• Electrical troubleshooting experience

• Hydraulics or pneumatics experience

• Welding or fabrication experience

• Conveyor, pump, motor, or gearbox experience

• Blueprint reading experience
