As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver in Quakertown, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Allied Universal is hiring a Front Desk Security Professional for a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related activity, communicate with site personnel, and help maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics and distribution location by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities.

Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.

Monitor access points, receive deliveries and inquiries, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site policies.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.

Maintain clear and professional communication with Allied Universal leadership, site personnel, and visitors while documenting security-related observations and incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
-
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
-
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
-
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
