Full job description
Summary:
Production worker manufactured goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. Core duties typically involve operating machinery, inspecting products, and keeping the work area clean.
Essential Functions:

While reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, as the Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing various tasks with your work team on a production line and ensuring the production of a quality product in a safe working environment

You will also be collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations
-
Be an active participant in the plant safety process and contribute ideas to continuously improve operations
-
Have a strong commitment to ensure product quality and communicate quality performance information to your production work team

Accurately complete all required training
-
You will need to able to perform repetitive duties and standing for long periods of time
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Shift: 2nd (1:30pm – 10pm) Monday - Friday
-
Working in a team environment committed to the long term success of plant operations
-
You will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.as needed
-
You will need to have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail
-
Willing to overtime as needed
-
You have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or training
-
High school diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
-
Willing and able to become certified in fork lift operation
-
Willing and able to work with computers

Pay Rate: $20 - $25
