What You'll Do

  • Conduct original research on memory augmentation and contextual AI
  • Design and execute experiments to test research hypotheses
  • Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals
  • Collaborate with engineers to transition research into products
  • Stay current with latest developments in AI, NLP, and cognitive science
  • Mentor research engineers and contribute to team growth
  • Present research findings to internal teams and external audiences What We're Looking For
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of research experience (academic or industry)
  • Track record of publications in top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.)
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval
  • Strong mathematical and statistical foundation
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on open-ended research problems Nice to Have
  • Experience with memory systems or knowledge representation
  • Background in cognitive psychology or neuroscience
  • Industry research experience at top labs
  • Experience with large language models and retrieval systems
  • Postdoctoral research experience
  • Track record of research-to-product transitions
  • Experience leading research teams or projects
