Summary

Deliver personalized, patient-centered care by rooming patients for a variety of clinic visits.

Assist with procedures within scope of practice.

Administer medications/injections/immunizations.

Assist with skin biopsies and MOHS surgeries.

Wound dressing and suture removal along with light therapies.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule

Fulltime position - Working 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite

Monday through Thursday | Fridays off!

Daytime shifts between hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM
Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $21.85 per hour and increases with experience

Pay range: $21.85 - $33.58 per hour

$2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.

Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance eligibility : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, Accelerated Rates and Bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
