NOCs Peds LVN

Pay: $ 32 - $35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift Hours: 10 :00 PM – 0 6 :00 A M

MUST have LVN license in order to apply with OVER ONE YEAR of experience.

Maxim Healthcare in Lemoore , CA is hiring a Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a Pediatric patient who is dependent on G tube, trach and Ventilator. Patient is located inside Lemoore Naval Base, will need to fill out an additional background check to receive a pass to get into the base.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
