What's required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
Licensure: RN Indiana License. Board eligible upon hire or within 12 months. Obtain nursing certification through ANCC within 18 months of hire.
Experience: 3-5 years previous experience in critical care – Emergency department, critical care step down unit, intensive care unit or surgical ICU.
Other Job Requirements:
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training, design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups for the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance.
- Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
