Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused and highly driven Service Technician Trainee. The purpose of this position is to train to become a service technician, working in cooperation with the Team Leader to learn the shop process and how to use available shop resources. BENEFITS * Full-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental * 401K retirement and saving plans are offered to employees after working at the dealership for 6 months or more * Paid Vacation time, selected holiday pay, sick leave * Air-conditioned shop RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs the procedures with the assistance of Team Leader while training toward Certification * Examines vehicle and discusses with the Team Leader the nature and extent of damage or malfunction * Plans work procedure in cooperation with the Team Leader Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation * Attends weekly department meetings Education/ Experience/ Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Valid Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).
