Job Description
Applicants sought for the manufacture, wiring, of industrial control panels and power distribution and conversion systems for control and powering of motor and field oriented applications.
Duties:
Assembly of product: Working from electrical schematics, employees are expected to mount components onto panels or into assemblies per engineering detail and / or established work methods. After component mounting employees are required to install control and power wiring in a neat and organized method. Wiring methods and workmanship must be completed with an attention to detail, consistency, appearance and accuracy. All employees are expected to take pride in their work and proof their work for errors. Electrical technicians are expected to have and maintain a working knowledge of the national electric code, industry standards for quality standards and Kinetics workmanship / work method standards.

Education: Academic training via trade school or military equal to an associate’s degree in electrical construction and/or industrial control & automation. Certificates in OSHA safety, wire practices, PLC automation, and electronics are applicable.

Minimum skills required:

Must be proficient in reading / using a ruler and basic math skills.

Must be able to read electrical and mechanical prints.

Trained in basic electrical circuits and theory.

Training in use of basic hand tools.

Trained in knowledge of the NEC or military equivalent.

Must be reliable, dependable and have attention to workmanship detail.

Must demonstrate safe work habits and had safety awareness training.
