Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with facility maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Knowledge of PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment is a plus.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $73000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
