Full job description

Aspen Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Ocean Healthcare Network, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing position at Aspen Hills post-acute care center located in Pemberton New Jersey. This opportunity to join one of the most respected post-acute provider organizations in New Jersey is open to an experienced hospital-based liaison to manage the referral flow from its primary referring hospitals, support, maintain, and further develop the relationships with the hospital-based teams. This includes Social Work, Case Management, Physicians, Population Health, ACO / Shared Savings Program Teams, and other hospital stakeholders. This key position collaborates with the Center’s Admissions, Nursing, and Administrative team members to effectively review and admit patients and support increased census and quality mix volume. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital, as well as an ability to foster and maintain strong business and referral relationships. This key position also very closely collaborates and partners with the Center’s Business Development team member(s), and actively participates in business development events and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing hospital referrals and relationships. Although not required, a nursing degree (RN / LPN) is preferred, however a strong clinical knowledge and understanding of how to evaluate a patient’s clinical needs and convert the referral into admission is required. Healthcare experience in skilled nursing, hospital, and/or related services is also required.
