Full job description
Are you looking for an opportunity with a great team environment for a prominent company in Berlin , WI? Our client is looking for production welders on 2nd shift!
What's in it for you?
2nd shift hours 3:00pm-1:00am Mon - Thurs (Friday OT)
$29.00 Welder III hourly pay
Pay every Friday
What will you be doing?
You will have a key role in the manufacturing of final products and assemblies utilizing MIG, TIG, aluminum and robotic welding. This is a crucial position in the manufacturing process and therefore producing high-quality work while keeping to production standards is expected.
What is required to be successful?
Understanding of aluminum alloys, their properties, and how they react to welding processes.
Welding certification &/or equivalent experience.
Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
Follow established procedures processes and policies.
Required to pass a weld test.
Great attitude and excellent attendance record
