Diesel Mechanic- $5k Sign-On Bonus!

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Diesel Mechanic will under limited supervision, will repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair fleet vehicles and equipment Reads and interprets Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders Communicates with supervisor and equipment operators for clarification of maintenance needs Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards Trains and develops junior technicians Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Experience, Education, Certification:

Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and 4 years of related equipment maintenance and repair; OR (2) 6 years of related equipment maintenance and repair. Valid driver license.

Physical Requirements:

Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills Reach with hands and arms Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
