What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently

  • Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously

  • Using precision measuring equipment including:

  • Micrometers

  • Calipers

  • Gauges

  • Optical Comparators

  • Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

  • Recording production and quality data within our electronic systems

  • Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM)

  • Deburring and reworking parts when necessary

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles

  • Following all company safety and quality procedures

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching

  • Regular lifting up to 10 pounds

  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
