Rate: $21.30 USD per hour

Description

Behavioral Health LPN – Join Our Growing Team

Endeavor Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time OR full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) LPN to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in the behavioral health outpatient setting. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional care to people experiencing a variety of mental health and substance use conditions, helping to improve their overall quality of life. Your nursing expertise and commitment to supporting patients through their health and recovery journeys will make a meaningful impact on our community. This position will cover services at several of our clinic locations and may be utilized in a float capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about behavioral health and values a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have psychiatric and substance use experience preferably in a behavioral health setting. Must be comfortable working with all people, including people who have interacted with the criminal justice system.

What you'll do:

  • Obtain health vitals and health histories

  • Administer long-acting psychotropic injections and other medications on site

  • Perform urine toxicology and other lab testing

  • Phlebotomy experience preferred, with training opportunities available

  • Respond to patient calls, requests, and inquiries

  • Provide direct support to psychiatric providers (MD, DO, DNP, PMHNP)

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold a valid LPN license, and have at least two years of experience in a similar position.

Salary starting at $21.94 - $27.42 per hour depending on education, credential and experience. Up to $2,500 in sign on bonus.
