Job Description

The Director of Policyholder Services provides leadership and guidance to a team of Policyholder Service Specialists, ensuring that policyholders receive accurate, timely, and professional support throughout the policy lifecycle. This individual monitors service delivery standards, identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and implements best practices that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Director partners closely with brokers, underwriters, sales teams, and carrier representatives to facilitate seamless policy processing, resolve complex service issues, and ensure a smooth client experience.

On a regular basis, the Director coaches and develops team members through training, mentoring, and performance management activities, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. The role also involves analyzing service metrics, identifying trends, and implementing process enhancements to improve productivity and service outcomes. Additionally, the Director builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted resource and advocate while aligning service initiatives with Integris Group's overall business objectives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and/or Health Insurance management experience

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License or ability to obtain and maintain Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License

Demonstrated experience leading, training, and developing client service or policyholder service teams

Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with brokers, producers, underwriting teams, carrier partners, and executive leadership

Strong client service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional policyholder experience

Experience driving process improvement initiatives and implementing operational best practices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
