As a Professional Services & Training (PS&T) Operations Analyst, will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operational execution, data tracking, and process maintenance for the PS&T organization across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone for regional PS&T delivery teams, ensuring smooth project workflows, accurate, regional reporting, and alignment with global PS&T operational standards. You will work closely with regional PS&T leaders, cross-functional operations teams, and global operations management to optimize regional delivery performance and drive operational continuous improvement.

As a Professional Services & Training (PS&T) Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Execute daily operational workflows supporting APAC Professional Services projects

  • Drive regional PS revenue forecasting and deliver actionable insights on business trends to management, enabling data-driven strategic and operational decision-making

  • Support pipeline and booking reviews, regional resourcing & capacity management, time logging accuracy and month end closing processes

  • Analyze and report on project backlog, investment requests and work at risk projects

  • Set up projects in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools

  • Ensure all projects are invoiced accurately and timely

  • Maintain operational consistency, ensuring APAC delivery processes adhere to global PS governance while accounting for local business and time-zone requirements

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for regional PS consultants, project leads, and regional managers for day-to-day process and tooling inquiries

  • Track and report on regional KPIs, generating weekly and monthly dashboards and business review presentations

  • Audit operational systems data, ensuring high data integrity within supporting applications and internal reporting tools across APAC engagements

  • Identify operational bottlenecks in APAC workflows and assist in rolling out global operational tools, new processes, and enablement training across the APAC regional team

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required

  • 2+ years’ operational experience; Professional Services, Sales or Revenue Operations within a technology/SaaS enterprise

  • Broad experience and understanding of credit and accounts receivable

  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling) and reporting tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings, collaborating effectively across time zones and diverse regional cultures

  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple operational requests, region-specific deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a team

  • High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems

  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (e.g., NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro), Tableau and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
