Full job description
The EMS Scheduling Manager develops and implements all aspects of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for field personnel within the organization.
THE EMS SCHEDULING MANAGER WILL:

Work with the Operations Manager in coordinating staffing needs.

Coordinate daily schedules and assignments and briefs Supervisors of schedule changes

Create deployment plans based on anticipated needs

Other scheduling duties as needed including scheduling the ride-along program for new employees and students.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EMS background (required)
-
One year of medical-related clerical experience (preferred)

Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with individuals using multiple platforms
-
Knowledge of computerized scheduling system or ability to participate in training
-
Must be able to perform all essential job functions.
