We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Procurement Quality Expert to join our team in Cienega, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier quality performance and preventive quality activities within assigned material groups. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage quality risks, lead supplier development activities and ensure the quality of procured parts throughout the product lifecycle.

Supplier quality management, APQP, PPAP/ISIR and preventive quality planning

Supplier process audits, technical assessments and production process releases

Structured problem solving, including 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and root cause analysis

Technical leadership and decision-making

Supplier negotiation and conflict management

Cross-functional and intercultural communication
