This role leads the operational execution of Executive Office functions in support of the System E-Team. Reporting under the System VP-Strategy & Planning, Chief of Staff, the Manager is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across executive support, administrative operations, and board-related activities. This position provides direct leadership of the System E-Team Executive Assistant team, establishes standards of excellence for executive support, and ensures alignment of resources to executive leadership priorities. The role also oversees coordination of Board of Directors and committee logistics and deliverables. The Manager role is accountable for execution, team leadership, and operational consistency across the Executive Office.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education

  • Required - Bachelor's Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience

  • Required - 3 years of related experience. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Knowledge of executive office operations and executive support best practices.

  • Skill in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing administrative support teams.

  • Knowledge of board and committee administration, meeting coordination, and governance processes.

  • Ability to improve workflows and implement efficient operational processes.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with executives, board members, and key stakeholders.

  • Skill in managing priorities, allocating resources, and balancing competing demands. Job Duties

  • Oversee all logistics and execution of Board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and the Board of Directors and Board Committees, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

  • Directly manage and develop the Executive Assistant team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching to drive a high-performing, service-focused team.

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, ensuring consistent, high-quality administrative and operational support for the System E-Team.

  • Establish and maintain standards of excellence for executive support, including communication practices, prioritization, and delivery expectations.

  • Align Executive Assistant resources to executive leadership priorities, ensuring responsiveness, appropriate coverage, and effective workload distribution.

  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and executive leaders to support execution of Executive Office priorities, initiatives, and deliverables.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and transparency across the Executive Office.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
