As a Hospice Aide (CNA), you’ll be an essential part of our interdisciplinary care team, delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support patients with personal care and daily living activities, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life at the end of life.

Qualifications
Hospice Aide (CNA) Requirements & Responsibilities:

Current CNA certification in the state of practice

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
-
Provide personal care including bathing, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing
-
Record vital signs and report observations to the care team
-
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
-
Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety
-
Travel to patient homes throughout the day and provide care as scheduled

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
